Nestcraft vs your local contractor
Two very different ways to build your home. Here's the difference.
| What matters | Nestcraft | Local contractor |
|---|---|---|
| Design & 3D visualisation | Free 3D by certified designer | Rare, extra cost |
| Warranty | Flat 10-year, written | None, verbal |
| Quality checks | 146+ documented checks | Visual inspection only |
| Pricing | Transparent, itemised | Cash-negotiated |
| Project timeline | 45–60 days, tracked | 3–6 months, unpredictable |
| Materials | Branded (Hettich, Asian Paints) | Mixed, unlabelled |
| Payment | Milestone-based, safe | Full cash upfront |
| Support after handover | 10-year service, one number | Untraceable |
